Cobbled streets, spectacular medieval buildings, stunning architecture, rich history, warm people and sheer beauty make Edinburgh one of the world’s most spectacular cities to visit.
I’ve always wanted to go to Scotland and finally made it to Edinburgh last month with Visit Scotland.
I also found my home away from home here at The Knight Residence by Mansley, luxury serviced apartments in the heart of this lovely city.
Located in picturesque Old Town, close to all major tourist attractions and local hotspots, The Knight Residence by Mansley/Mansley serviced apartments make for a comfortable, spacious abode fuelled by a prime location, impeccable service, top notch hospitality and a modern apartment with everything you’ll ever need.
These affluent homes offer the highest standards of comfort and give you the freedom to explore Edinburgh as you’d like to. Cook a delicious meal or prop your legs up and watch TV, entertain guests or take a warm bath, jump into the soft bed or cosy up and read a book, all in the lap of luxury at your apartment at The Knight Residence.
Your own nameplate on the door, the personal touch and warm Scottish hospitality make the experience even better.
I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment that was modern, opulent and offered everything I’d ever need.
A spacious bedroom, marbled bathroom with a bathtub and complimentary amenities, a huge kitchen area with all utensils/appliances coupled with a kitchen table, a chic living area with attractive upholstery, proper parking space, high speed wifi, fresh linen, etc make The Knight Residence by Mansley a perfect abode for everyone whether you’re travelling for work or leisure.
The bed was clean, soft, large and came with the highest quality linen. The room was also equipped with a large cupboard, side tables, safe deposit locker, central heating/air conditioning, ironing board and a hair dryer.
After a long day exploring Edinburgh, you can really look forward to a hot bath in your Italian marbled bathtub complete with complimentary hair and bath amenities + a modern Bluetooth speaker.
Freshen up and whip up a gourmet meal of your choice in their modern kitchen that will even impress a chef! Complete with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, cabinets, storage, utensils, cookware, crockery, etc, this was my favourite part about living at The Knight Residence Edinburgh.
Eating out every day is expensive too and this is a great way to cook something you’d like at your convenience. There’s a supermarket (Sainsbury’s) just downstairs In case you need to shop for groceries.
Sink into the chic, cosy sofas after a good meal or watch some Pre-installed Netflix on the HD TV as you rewind after a long day. The 24/7 quick service from the friendly staff for any assistance also adds to the beauty of the experience of living here.
They also give you a complimentary breakfast basket with cereal, milk, butter, bread, Weetabix, granola, etc to keep you going throughout the day and I whipped myself a delicious breakfast using these.
After a hearty breakfast, you can easily go explore the city at your ease. Because of its prime location, you can walk to the historic Edinburgh castle or explore Grassmarket, take a stroll to princess street or just wander about Diagon Alley!
All the must-visit Edinburgh attractions like the ones mentioned above or some more like The Scotch Whiskey Experience, St Giles Cathedral, Edinburgh dungeon, etc are very easily accessible from The Knight Residence. Read more about my Edinburgh experiences with Visit Scotland on the blog soon.
This truly felt like a home away from home and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Edinburgh. This is like your own personal abode offering comfort, privacy and freedom to explore as you’d like. They have one, two and three-bedroom apartments which you can book as per your convenience.
From the stay to the service to amenities, everything was absolutely impeccable and made it so easy for me to enjoy the beauty of Edinburgh even more.
