India, the diverse and beautiful land of food, culture, people and religion. 29 states aptly represents some of the finest cuisines of our country. With a wide menu that gets the best of every nook and corner of India, albeit with less vegetarian options the food here is a must try whenever you’re in Vashi.

Indian cuisine diverse

We started off with the veg cheese and mix vegetable sheek Kebabs. Melt in your mouth Kebabs perfectly flavored with the right amount of spices with a tinge of gooey cheese is an absolute palette pleaser.

Next up was masala roomali papad which is a total family pleaser because of its sheer size. Pair this up with some Kokum Masala Raas for a perfect start to your meal.

For the mains we tried some of their most recommended dishes. Get transported to the royal kitchens of the Mughal era with the Paneer Bukhara Korma. Soft, succulent koftas made with cottage cheese and dry fruits in a rich pumpkin and tomato gravy spiced with saffron had us drooling! When had with hot cheese garlic naans this dish is the ultimate meal.

Travel to Punjab with their authentically made Sarson Da Saag. Well spiced and with just the right balance of mustard and spinach this will transport you to the fields of northern India.

Love Bhindi? Then you should give their Kurkuri bhindi a try. This dish is completely unique in its own way. Lady fingers dipped in a nice flour batter fried to a deep golden brown tossed in a spicy green gravy makes for a lovely combination with some warm roomali rotis.

You must not miss their Daal Makhani with Khuska chaawal. With oodles of butter the pind di daal was an utter delight to devour especially with the long grained basmati rice that’s cooked in ghee.

End your meal on a sweet note with their delicious desserts. We fell in love with their Hazulnut ball which is a chocolate ball stuffed with gooey hazelnut mousse and cool vanilla ice cream.
